Use this page to make your donation* for doula services. You can select the first half of the amount you choose to donate and we ask that you donate the second half no later than when you reach 38 weeks.

How to donate/Cómo donar:

• If you chose $450 total, select $225 for your first or second half payment/Si elige un total de $450, seleccione $225 para su primer o segundo pago de la mitad.
• If you chose $400 total, select $200 for your first or second half payment/Si elige un total de $400, seleccione $200 para su primer o segundo pago de la mitad.
• If you chose $350 total, select $175 for your first or second half payment/Si elige un total de $350, seleccione $175 para su primer o segundo pago de la mitad.
• If you chose $300 total, select $150 for your first or second half payment/Si elige un total de $300, seleccione $150 para su primer o segundo pago de la mitad.
• If you chose $250 total, select $125 for your first or second half payment/Si elige un total de $250, seleccione $125 para su primer o segundo pago de la mitad.
• If you chose $200 total, select $100 for your first or second half payment/Si elige un total de $200, seleccione $100 para su primer o segundo pago de la mitad.
• If you have communicated with staff and chosen a different amount, fill in the amount you discussed in the "Other" area/Si se comunicó con el personal y eligió un monto diferente, complete el monto que discutió en el área "Otro".
