Donations made to CVD help us sustain our organization so that we can continue to provide comprehensive doula support for vulnerable communities in Chicagoland. This includes our volunteer on-call doula program working with the midwifery groups at the following 8 hospitals; Illinois Masonic Medical Center, St. Mary's Hospital, UIC Medical Center, Swedish Covenant Hospital, Mercy Hospital, PCC Wellness Birth Center, West Suburban Medical Center and St. Anthony Hospital as well as our donation based traditional doula support available to those whose family income is under $50,000 delivering in the Chicago area.
